We continue our series of releases featuring material from a dedicated West Coast taper and collector who passed away a few years ago. Prior to his passing, he meticulously transferred his extensive archive onto CDR's and entrusted them to a close friend. This friend, a stalwart of the Bay Area music scene for over five decades, understands the importance of sharing these historic shows with the collector's community.

If you have been following our series you know that our west coast collector was an excellent taper of not only Santana but Jazz Fusion and gifts us another beautiful capture. This time featuring the second night of two Pat played in San Franciso supporting the 'Secret Story' release. This is probably the biggest band he ever assembled mentioning during the show he struggled with how to present it live, he certainly figured it and presents it brilliantly with a beautiful performance.

We owe a debt of gratitude to the anonymous collector (may he rest in peace) and his motivated friend, who recognized the importance of preserving these historically significant shows before they were lost forever.
