Pat - solo guitars; part of orchestrion

Lineage: Tascam DR-40X USB out>Dell Inspiron 530S HD>AUDACITY to 16bit/44.1 khz>TLH>FLAC

notes:
-Pat solo this time - seen him so many times over the years and only other time I can remember solo was with the Orchestrion device, which he had a much
smaller version of for help mon a few songs near end of the set - the ones with bass annd percussion. I thought he'd be featuring much of his new solo
CD, "Dream Box", but it's more a retrospective on his 50 years especially from his solo and duo releases - so some different stuff than the norm. It
was very interesting for sure and he gave some long talks on his solo career and the differnent types of guitars he has and uses. Pretty cool info to
know. Tracks 12 & 13 may be from "Dream Box" I think, that's it.
-I was late and had just gotten to my seat and lights went down a couple minutes later and I wasn't ready quite yet with dek and they actually required
all cell phones to be off completely! So no help with lights and I fumbled away the 1st few minutes before getting the deck going and just praying levels
were good (they were!). I could not get the external mics and power pack in beyond security so had to gon with internals - it sound very good, but not
quite excellent imo. I had to keep deck relatively low but was right on aisle and had it on the seat arm most of show. Glad it all worked out: the
file even split after 2 hours perfectly between the 2 encores!
-well, I've been into Pat since 1977 and the stunning "American Garage" LP & seen him dozens of times. If you haven't, you don't know what you've missed.
get out and see him when he's in your zone. A true master of our times.
