Notes:
John Scher Presents On the Boardwalk. The Ramones were the support act.
This tape used to see limited circulation back in the tape trading days, without a known gen, but it sounds low (could even be a 1st or 2nd gen) and is pretty clear but slightly harsh sounding, which could possibly be the result of analog EQ at some point. This is recorded from what sounds to be midway back of the hall. Taper stopped the tape between most songs and misses the beginning of a few. "My Generation" is cut.
Patti has a few choice words for pesky photographer and some hecklers, including a Sex Pistols fan before they dovetail into "Gloria."
Many thanks to the Stonecutter Archives for trading a copy of this to me way back when, and for putting this one earlier gen into my hands to get this one out to you all. Glad to be able to junk my old dub of this.
Enjoy,
