Greeting all!

Here is a decent capture of last night's performance here in North Carolina.. we were in the open, GA field
at the back of the stadium, and while the sound was really quite solid, there was a group in front of us that got
louder and louder as the show progressed and the non-stop liquor they were throwing down took over their ability
to remain considerate to those sitting nearby. But it wasn't too noticeable, except during the quieter songs I guess.

This was my third time seeing Paul live (1990 & 2009) but this time was so special for me as I was attending
with my beautiful wife and our two twenty-something daughters. Sharing this evening with them brought such joy
to my heart, and I thank Sir Paul for including North Carolina on this tour to give us this opportunity.


We endured a really nasty line of thunderstorms about two hours before showtime, and the doors opened late. The
show finally started around 8:35 p.m. and it turned out to be a very nice, cool evening and we were pleased that
there wasn't any more rain during the show.

Paul was in great spirits and still powers through a 2+ hour show with great aplomb... as we all know, his voice
ain't what it once was, but that does very little to dampen his spirit or the adoration from about 40,000 fanatics
that were packed into the stadium last night.. a good time was had by all!

One exciting tidbit happened to us as we were making our way back to our car: we had about an hour drive home after
the show, so we made a hasty exit after the last note was played, and happened to be right there when Paul's massive
tour bus was exiting the parking lot ... and there is was, not ten feet away, at the front of the bus, waiving goodbye
to us and flashing a peace sign as he pulled out. Happy trails Paul, and thank you for a lovely evening!
