I came across this show on another website. As far as I know it has not been shared at Dime before.
The only Saratoga Springs shows from 1984 at Dime were dated August 19, 1984 and August 20, 1984. I think they were both from the same date, probably the 19th as that date has been shared most often. Two of those uploads are here (I haven't heard any of them so I can't say if they are the same or better or worse than today's upload):

Note that the setlists vary slightly. And this file set has known lineage and taper details. Maybe there were two or more shows at Saratoga Springs in 1984.

has artwork for a 3CD bootleg "Two Shows in Summer - Live In Saratoga Springs New York August 19th 1984. & 20th August 1984" on Midnight Dreamer Label and notes: "The label has made a mistake, because the date of the August 20 & 19 are the same concert. And Paul Simon never gave concert August 20, 1984"
The ticket stub enclosed with the files is very blurry but the date looks more like AUG 19 than AUG 14.
Therefore I am going with the date 1984-08-19.
Also note: Other setlists have Bridge Over Troubled Water between Me & Julio and The Late Great Johnny Ace, not as the final song which it was when I downloaded it. After repositioning it and listening I have decided that is where it should be because the audience cheering flows better. "Bridge" has a sudden fade at the end which is probably because it was followed by a long encore break. However, "Still Crazy" is followed by over a minute of applause which suddenly cuts, making it difficult to be sure what was actually the final song. But I'll go with all the other versions of the setlist order, not the one that came with this file set. You are welcome to move the tracks around and tell me if I'm wrong!
