Notes:

Superb gig on a cold and rainy London night. The Arena isn't the best place to see live music but if you are close up like I was, its excellent. The sound was superb and as a result I got a really good recording.

Personal highlights was hearing 'Duncan' which has always been one of my favouriste solo Simon songs, 'Only Living Boy in New York' a jubilant 'Al' and especially when he strapped on the acoustic for 'just one more' and played a beautiful 'Homeward Bound'.

A big 'boooo!!' to the security who spent ages trying to clear people away who ran down to hig about at the front when he played 'Julio'. You hear him say something about it after 'Train In the Distance'. When it happened again during 'Cecilia' they just left people to it which they should have done in the first place. I dunno give someone a garish yellow jacket n they go nuts with THE RULES...... Still, kudos to the dancing people!
