setlist is mostly unknown: cd1track03 is possibly "Blues for Santa Cruz" (Sanders); cd2track01 and track02 are something unbelievably famous which I can't remember the title of (Olè by coltrane??). So, please can somebody come up with a complete tracklist?
Pharoah Sanders: tenor sax, vocals, percussion.
William Henderson: piano, electric piano, vocals.
Alex Blake: bass.
Greg Bandy: drums.
and this is apparently an one-off line-up, according to the following link, Bandy hadn't played with Sanders as a permanent drummer since 1984

I once got in touch with a (polish?) guy, great collector of Pharoah's recording, he wanted to make a trade with this apparently rare recording. But at the time I was moving house kinda every six months, so we didn't find the right occasion to arrange something. Then I stopped trading, maybe for good, and I stayed away from live recordings until I jumped on zomb/dime, a few months ago. I am not 100% sure, but it should be the same guy running the above blog. And according to that list, there is still no available recording of this show - this is probably the first time I'm having it circulate. Quite low volume at the start, until the sax kicks in, and the piano comes out a bit down in the mix: maybe not a great recording, but definetly a great set. Also included in the folder a scan of the ticket stub.
Lineage (audience > DAT > CDR > flac > web):
--mastering: Sony ECM-717 microphone [unpowered] > plug-in power microphone-in > Sony TCD-D8 (at 32khz on a TDK DA-RXG90 blank)
--transfer: Tascam DA20mk2 > coaxial digital cable > Marantz CDR630 (standalone professional CDR recorder) > my own copy on Hitachi Maxell blank CDRs (done something like 8 years ago, great media) > extraction on HL GSA-T40N DVDRAM drive with EAC v0.99 prebeta 4 > Audacity 1.3.5 Beta (for proper track splitting) > flac > dimeadozen.org

note that due to disk space limitations, I will not be able to keep seeding this torrent for a long time - I will abandon the seed in a few days, maybe remove from HD these wav/flac files, and keep only my own CDR. Too many things to upload. In case of seeders going missing, enlist yourself as a leecher and some seeder will come back, and you are anyhow welcome to try and ask for additional torrenting...
FFP included - if uploaded on other trackers or reseed (and you are welcome to do both), please include original infofile. Also, if not satisfied with my offering, you are welcome to remaster/retrack/whatever and repost, but please always clearly state where/who did you have this material from and keep original infofile.
