This was the annual Jam Cruise "Pickin' Party" which features regular jam cruisers playing bluegrass versions of cover songs focusing on a specific artist or in this case multiple artists. Note that this room was very crowded with loud drunk people and the music was very quiet which makes for a less than ideal recording scenario.
