I got this tape recently & I liked it so much , I'm uploading it here.According to wikipedia, they did a short U.S. tour in the Fall of 1981 in places like the Mudd Club & Peppermint Lounge where this was recorded off a soundboard. I think they're primarily a Funk band at this stage of their career.The master tape had some bad edits in the third and last song, so those were removed.Sorry, this is how I received the tape.Enjoy.
