I compiled this matrix myself using two audience recordings. The primary source is clear, but is occasionally overloaded and distorted; the secondary source is more distant and not as clear. The secondary recording is blended in to compensate for the numerous (though mostly brief) cuts in the primary, and the only thing that I think is missing (due to both recorders not capturing this brief snippet) is a very small part of the wind transition between 'Wish You Were Here' and the second half of 'Shine On'--I'd say 5 seconds at most.

Thanks very much to the original seeders for providing the primary source on Yeeshkul, but I can't remember which of these two it was, as they appear to be the same:

The second source was converted from cassette. I used GoldWave to even out the occasional volume shifts in the primary source and blend together both recordings, as well as speed correct.
