Some sites told as 16th, some as 17th.
Both are right.
1st and 2nd set are from 16th, the encore (RLH and SOYCD) from the 17th, and it's clear the jump after CN and before RLH.
This is the cause for all this confusion, at the 16th, Gilmour says "See you tomorrow night." On the 17th, he says "See you next time around" at the end of the show.

This is a transfer that a my friend made years ago, he send me in wave form, I only converted them in flac.
