01. 5 Years Ahead Of My Time -> Crazy Heavy Psychedelic Jam -> 5 Years Ahead Of My Time

Total Time ::: 37:48

::: So-so distant & bit muddy & distorted but listenable AUD of demented jam. Check samples for probatory peirastic appraisement or miniature gleams of elevatory illumination.
::: Warts: As above. Dropout repair was done, but there are always some missed & a couple I couldn't fix. Weird distortion stops 1 minute in (as song starts) (perhaps from ALC?).

CoolSonics 197 ::: Thanks to the original taper & traders! ::: Corrections welcome ::: "As I said in another post, In a perfect world this would have you all running for your copy of
Plan 9's "Dealing With The Dead", as of course no real psychedelic collection would be complete without it." It was right around this time I saw the band a few times, but I was really pissed off when I found out after the fact they had played 2 miles from my house, and although several band members were sick, it was another gig like this one where Stumpo & crew went for a 45 minute version of "5 Years Ahead Of My Time". That gig was certainly recorded but has yet to ever circulate to my knowledge. Anyway I always considered this recording to be my consolation prize when it showed up. Jamming mania, killer guitars & some SERIOUSLY rolling along psychedelic bass playing thruout. Enjoy!

Kudos to Zongo for life support, Lochner for mikes&more & Fast Freddie for runnin' Video Dick's Record Emporium with the bathroom office full of tape decks. Thanks to Hanwaker (few among us can keep his pace). Mountains of gratitude to Davmar, D.White, Sanchez, Elliot, The Florida Kid, Kloiber, Zingg, JTW, Bershaw, Boston Gold, Weeks, Dixon, Moore, Gough & SO many more for all that collecting & sharing... Royal thanks to The Man In The Palace, Doc Tinker, Brinkhoffs, Barely Eatin', Reel Master Gaule, Parrish & all the traders who housed me thru my music acquisition & travel years. Hats off to Brother Kent, Uncle Jake, Little Queenie (& her neighbor Frank) & his honor Ptomaine Thomas. Glasses raised to Byron for musical horizon expansion & much obliged to J & Thurston for keepin' my concert fires burnin' since my continental shift. Thanks to the Mods for keepin' DIME alive. Enjoy, share, give, spread peace. Yers truly, Knees
