Comment from LeifH: "I believe the taper's batteries were dying during the recording, so as the tape deck loses power, the record speed slows down, and when the tape is played back with full power, it runs fast. Since there is a slow but steady decrease in power/record speed, the accuracy changes throughout each track. Its tough to get it just right, basically you have to analyze every 5-10 seconds to get it 100% perfect. I used the long file of the whole thing and did some speed changes, after the first song, there are many adjustments throughout. Its not perfect, but I think it is closer now."
