My 25th time seeing Primus. The weather was nice, there was almost no wind. Les was playing a new, black Pachyderm bass for the first half of the set. Mark Osegueda of Death Angel sang, "Dog will hunt," in Jerry Was A Race Car Driver. It was really funny. As he stepped up to the mic, he threw his leather jacket down with force, which you could faintly hear. This was on the Monster Energy Stage. Unfortunately, these kinds of events attract drunken tools and as a result, several fights broke out during the show.
I only taped Primus and Tool at this festival and did not attend the second day. Huge thanks to RockTheMullet for driving up to Sacramento. Nice to see a bunch of familiar faces in the crowd.
