TAPER: Black Jack Davey

LOCATION: Standing in the crowd, right-center, about 15 rows back from the stage.

NOTES:
(1) For the fist of two performances in Austin, I positioned myself in the crowd to enjoy the show
and to get a good view of the band, so audio quality wasn't a primary concern. As a result of standing
in the crowd so close to the stage (and the right speaker stack), the vocals on the master recording are
a little muffled and unbalanced. I attempted to correct this In post production.

(2) It seemed as though it took a few songs for the soundboard engineer to achieve a proper vocal mix and
volume, which may have contributed to the slightly muffled vocals on the first few tracks. The bulk of this
issue, however, can be attributed to my less than optimal recording location (but the view was great). Oh well. Enjoy!

NO, THANK YOU!
I would like to extend a sincere 'Thank You' to The Raconteurs for delivering the first
of two stunning performances at Stubb's BBQ. Your musical contribution to my life has been, and
continues to be, immeasurable.
