Terrific peformance by Randy Newman. The show date is taken from the radio host announcing that the day was Newman's birthday and Newman mentioning that he saw snow; best I can do. The broadcast is troubled by the use of the n-word in two songs; repeatedly in one. Though never meant in an offensive way, the sound is none the less disturbing to my ears. Unfortunately, the world had very different standards over thirty years ago.
Thanks and appreciation are owed the recordist, of whose name I am no longer aware, for the superb source recording. The torrent is a fresh transfer from my clone and therefore will differ from previous uploads of this broadcast, if any.
Faults: none
