Here is my Christmas gift to all the jazz fans out there. A mono soundboard recording from a master reel to reel of the Randy Weston Sextet at the Newport Jazz Festival in 1966 in July featuring the late great Booker Ervin. Plus as an extra bonus: The Booker Ervin Quartet from the same Newport Festival. This is the same line up as the officially released Monterey gig from September of that year. You know that finding any Booker is rare especially at a historical event as the Newport Jazz Festival. This is a Mono Soundboard recording that I took directly from a Reel to Reel Master. The sound quality speaks for itself, it's 42 years old but I think you'll enjoy it. I don't have the exact date so if anyone can help me with that I'd appreciate it and will update the cover. I also don't have the personnel of the Booker Ervin set.

The only thing I would like is to see if anyone could possibly reseed the Coltrane - Jazz Gallery - 1960 for me, thanks!

Enjoy this rare treat and Merry Christmas!
