Notes: What a perfect summer night in Chicago! Both the opening bands
were great and the Chili Peppers were back in rare form with John back on guitar.
Pea was not on the setlist and Flea said it was for Nick Valensi, guitarist for
the Strokes. Anthony Kiedis wished his mom, who was on side stage, a happy 80th
birthday and said she was a strong mf "80 and whooping ass". Enjoy!
