Here we have outtakes from Richard and Linda Thompson‘s album Shoot Out the Lights.
I have compared several of these songs with the studio versions and this material is very different than what would end up on the album.
The instrumentation and lyrics are different on some of these songs and even has Richard singing instead of Linda and vice versa.
The sound quality is OK but not as clear as the studio album, this sounds somewhat muffled.
Some of the songs are played at slower or faster tempos than the album versions.
