Recorded by dear friend and viking taping genius Lars @ app. 2 meters from stage edge center. Excellent recording, nothing to complain. A few quotes from Lars' notes:
"Ringo Deathstarr were supporting Smashing Pumpkins a few years ago and I remembered them as a bit tough noise guitar/vocals band. Hmmm, this time it wasn't. Not what I was thinking that
could've been. Ok concert. First time for me at Revolver club, where a lot of alternative bands are playing. Maybe 50-60 people were attending this show. A few nice pics are included as
well, and a setlist scan, too...

Oh yes, dear norwegian brother in mind and soul...I never even heard the name of this band before! Started very nice with some hypnotic shoegaze/kraut style rhythms, siren singing on some
tracks as well, nice waving guitar sounds and a pump(k)ing bass, too. And the closing track, which I enjoyed the most. But hey, there are things to complain...
48 minutes only? And leaving "off" two songs from the setlist? Was it curfew time in Oslo (which I don't think on a friday night!), or just tired from hopping the european countries and very
different crowds? Did the opening act play way too long? Was the soundcheck not satisfying? Who knows...Anyway, as this sounds really fine and I dig some songs from them, here's the tape
for your pleasure...Enjoy! SB.
