Edits: general volume adaption, equalizer, fade-in & fade out, track split, flac level 6, deleted a few loud audience shouts between songs
I have not added the fades between the 2 Discs, I thought you might enjoy the concert in full - if you want to burn it to CD, just add them yourself!
(However, the announcement from Ringo introducing Edgar Winter, who's introducing 'Frankenstein' is still part of the file that is 'Yellow Submarine' - you might want to split that file and put the introduction of 'Frankenstein' as the first track of CD 2)

11th All-Starr Band:
Ringo Starr - drums, vocals
Wally Palmar - guitar, harmonica, vocals
Rick Derringer - guitar, vocals
Edgar Winter - keyboards, saxophone, percussion (on Frankenstein), vocals
Gary Wright - keyboards, vocals
Richard Page - bass, vocals
Gregg Bissonette - drums, vocals

Special Notes:
As indicated several times during the show, this was the 28th, the last show on this 11th version of the All-Starr Band, hence the bootleg title.

After "It don't come easy" Ringo welcomes the audience with "Thank you Vienna! "I gotta tell you, we played a lot of venues, .... and this is another one!" and then mentiones the dressing rooms, heavy metal bands, and porn drawings on the walls. Prior to "Hang on Sloopy" Rick Derringer welcomes the crowd with "Helloooooo Vienna!" before mentioning his very first band, The McCoys, and their very first single. After "Free Ride", Edgar Winter introduces Wally Palmar, who welcomes the crowd with "Thank you Edgar, thank you All-Stars, thank you Vienna, Austria!". Before "Dream Weaver", Ringo intruduces Gary White, who says "Hallo meine Freunde aus Wien, wie geht's euch?" ("Hello my friends in Vienna, how are you?") and he continues talking in German, basically saying he feels honoured playing in the All-Star Band, and about his work with George Harrison. After "Kyrie" Ringo comes back to the mic, mentioning that this is the 28th, the last show on this tour and pays tribute to the Crew. When announcing "Yellow Submarine" Ringo says "Alright, I know you know this song, and if you don't know this song you're in the wrong venue and you're waiting for Lenny Kravitz", and during the little interlude in the song he shouts "Vienna, Vienna!" several times. Before "Frankentein" Ringo says "We're changing the set, because this is one of the magic moments of our show...of course, I'm the other magic moment...", then Edgar Winter introduces "Frankenstein". After "Back off Boogaloo" Wally Palmar asks: "Vienna on a beautiful Sunday Night, how are you?". After "Love is alive", Gary Wright thanks the crowd "Dankeschön...thank you so much!" and then introducing Richard Page one more time, who says "Thank you for making our last evening of this tour so great, give yourselves a hand!". About 1:45 into "Broken Wings" Richard Page asks "Can we make it right, Vienna?"

How to identify my recording: Right before Ringo introduces Rick Derringer with "Are you ready to have some fun?" someone near me shots "Zugabe!" ("Encore!") which happened throughout the gig... ok, this is funny once or twice, but not dozens of times ...
Also, right before Richard Page introduces "Kyrie", he says "So if you were alive in 1986, you probably heard this song!" to which I say "Teilweise" ("Partly") and my mate next to me "Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, glaube ich" (in slang... "I can't remember, I think!"....I was born in 1986, he in 1985)
