Tapers Notes:

Here is a fresh transfer from a cassette tape of The Ricky Lawson Blues Band
featuring Robben Ford. That billing may have been real or a joke, I'm not sure.
The Baked Potato is a casual place, so everyone knew this was Robben's band, so
by billing the show as The Ricky Lawson Blues Band, only those folks "in the know"
would show up.

Ricky was playing at Spaghettini's in December 2013, when
he became disoriented, stopped the show, and was taken to Long Beach Hospital where
he died of a brain aneurysm a few days later.

Set List:

The true thanks go not to me, but to the taping community behind whose footsteps
I have followed, including those who have perfected the art of stealth
recordings, the makers of the stealthy mikes, cords, adapters, and preamps, and
those who have graciously shared their recording techniques.

I am merely a mike stand with a credit card and driver's license.

As always, I don't care what you do with these files, once you download
them--they are yours now, except these files are not for sale, free
trade only. You can thank me by uploading something of a similar genre
or trading with me, so I can.

Regards,

Scooter
