Robbie Fulks is I think an interesting artist, his songs and vocal style sounds (to me at least) eccentric,
much of his material is witty and seems to be full of"black humour".
I think he's best known for the recent album Georgia Hard.

I'd say that this is just an ok recording I've attached a sample to the first comment.
