Robbie Kreiger, ex Doors guitarist, at the Peppermint Lounge in NYC. The Peppermint Lounge was a world famous nightclub in midtown Manhattan in the late 1950's through the mid 1960's. Sam Cooke's "Twistin The Night Away" was written about the place. It re-opened in 1980 and moved downtown in 1982 where this show was recorded. I have no idea what happened to it after this. Anyway, Kreiger was a very underappreciated guitarist. There is no setlist for this show as almost all the tracks are instrumentals except track 07, "Love Me Two Times", track 14, "Backdoor Man" and the encore,"Roadhouse Blues". The sound quality isn't bad at all, definitely listenable, Enjoy!
