This was the second annual Avila Beach Blues Festival, following last year’s sets by James Cotton who opened for John Mayall And The Bluesbreakers. The Avila Beach Resort is a golf course located right on the beach in Avila Beach, and is a beautiful setting for summertime concerts. As I remember, I moved forward while taping the Robert Cray Band show, to get closer to the PA.
