Notations:
Another KBFH show recorded on Plant's Shaken 'N Stirred tour. Obviously a harshly edited version of a Plant full concert, it is a good glimpse of an average night with better than average sound. A very ambitious album and tour, incorporating for the live stage his solo works, and a honeydipper - I mean Honeydrippers set. I've included everything on these three sides of vinyl, including the mid-eighties adverts, show promos, and even the test tone! Beeeeeeee-eeeeee-eeeeep! I have run it through Wavelab's de-clicker, but very lightly, so there is still the occasional click and pop to remind you that this really was a record. This way no music was removed, only the real bad crackles, and not all of them. The records were in excellent shape (flat and round! haha) so there's not much popping noises to begin with. I've applied no EQ or real compression, only boosting the levels to reach for the top, and limiting to prevent overages in the signal. It is a little bit middle-heavy EQ-wise, but you can fix that to your own liking for your own personal copies.
I suspect some fakery on the part of KBFH in regard to 'Pledge Pin'. I could be wrong, but to my ears, it doesn't sound like Ritchie Hayward on drums for that track, but a recording of Phil Collins from the 1983 KBFH from the 3 nights in Texas. You be the judge. After hearing the Vancouver 83 and Vancouver 85 shows I've already upped, the 2 drummers styles are lots different. You never know, though...

I've included scans of the records' labels, and the DIR Broadcasting promo sheet. Also, there are 3 different pre-made covers for other releases of this recording which can be used at your discretion for your printable origami coverart masterpiece! Just be forewarned that the tracking of this version and those other covers will not match up. I've given everything it's own track, so you can make your own decisions on editing for your own personal playback needs.

Feel free to trade or give away copies of this recording. Burn audio CDR's for friends and family, but if you know they might trade further, please provide them with the original FLAC files as well. Don't rip secondary CDR audio burns for trading purposes, ever! Don't let your personal need to EnCrap MP3 files fall into the wrong hands, and don't spread around those lossers to those losers! Other than that, enjoy and have fun!
