„Big closing set. Great to see Darrell Scott getting a standing O from the Merlefest crowd. Sound was a bit trebly, a little drop around 7 kHz was used to fix that a bit. Still that way to some extent, but I wasn't willing to do more. Samples below.

The sound system at Merlefest is pretty good, so the reverby sound you hear on the BOJ sets from indoor venues appears to be a choice that Plant makes because you hear it here too. I think the sound guys may have snuck it back a bit later in the set, or else my ears got used to it. Pretty standard set list, as far as I can tell, but I hadn't seen the gospel numbers noted before (I haven't checked out too many or the shows on Dime, but I pulled a few setlists as a crutch).”
