A little review:
Great concert by Robert Plant and his Strange Sensation at the Teatro Antico in Taormina, Italy.
Evening started with a south-african breakdancers group, then played Manu Dibango & Soul Makossa Gang, a very good african music with jazz/funk influences.
Then played Tinariwen with their desert blues, the musicians with turbans from Mali.
At midnight comes on stage Robert Plant and Strange Sensations!!
I've found Plant in a good shape, he has a great voice yet, especially on Seven and Seven Is and WLL!
There were also embarassing and funny moments...like when audience doesn't sang very well or doesn't follow him, they were very quiet, except for 3/4 idiots behind me!!
Cheers!
