VG audience recording with minor audience chatter and occasional encouragement from a drunk Glaswegian (is there any other kind?). He disappeared after half an hour (to vote Yes?).

I had standing tickets in the stalls, but was warned by an email a few days earlier that the show was now unreserved seats, which meant an early start if the taper was going to get a good spot. It seemed incongruous to be sitting down and listening to some of my favourite songs played live. I'm surprised that no-one stood until the very end.

This was the most enjoyable of the Plant/Honeydrippers shows I've seen. The Shifters seem to adore him. Robert engaged with the crowd as only a master can. For a Zep refusenik, he also played to my delight, a lot of Zep.

"I've got nothing to do in 2014." Well why not take another trip to the levee Robert?
