This smokin' set was a bonus disc released with the "No Retiring at RAH" Eric Clapton box set by Mid Valley records, that chronicled EC's 2004 run at the Royal Albert Hall in London. Some EC collectors tend to be rather musically myopic so this disc may have escaped a lot of attention, which is a shame since it's a smokin' set and a really good audience recording. The exact date for this opening performance is not noted. Interestingly, the taper must have been directly in front of the rhythm guitar so it's an interesting, very up-front mix unlike what you would get from the hosue feed.

A personal favorite, and recommended!
