I've been communicating with lusiferburns the last few weeks about this one.
The first time I received this recording was on analog cassette tape back in 1994.
This recording was taped by Don Holmes who I met online back around 1994 on a Rory Gallagher internet group.
Don came forward with a couple of Rory Gallagher masters, & our internet friendship started there & we still stay in touch.
In the past I have offered Don's masters of Rory, Ten Years After, Johnny Winter, & now finally Robin Trower.

This offer is from that same recording (& show), but is of the "Raw Master".
This offer is not as complete as luciferburns offer, as Don decided to drop the track "I Can't Wait Much Longer" (???).
Don assures me that I am the only one he has ever traded this too, & thankfully my first gen analog tape does contain the omitted (this offer) "I Can't Wait Much Longer".
When luciferburns first offered his low gen version I thought to myself that it was time for me to get a digital copy from the master.
Don had recently contacted me for some Johnny Winter And recordings, so we were already talking. I asked Don about getting a digital copy & he obliged by saying he had two versions now. One version is this Raw Master version & a second version he referred to as "enhanced", so I took both of them.
A couple weeks ago I received them & started comparing them to luciferburns version offered her. The cuts were the same & the talking & yelling around the recorder were alike. But no "I Can't Wait Much Longer".
So I had to contact Don again & ask him a few questions. First question was "were there any other people recording, that were standing near him"? Over the years I've found other recordings where that happened, & because of the same yelling & talking near the two different recordings, they would be mistaken over the years as the same.
Don assured me there were no other people recording near him, & he infact did omit the track "I Can't Wait Much Longer" from his digital transfer, because he thought it was not a good version & that it had its share of cuts in it anyways.
Also Don said all the cuts came from him "tape-saving" by turning the recorder on & off, but the batteries died first as Rory Gallagher's "Messin' With The Kid" fades out & was the only Rory portion Don caught that night.
