Robyn Hitchcock played a solo acoustic show at the Fine Line Music Cafe in Minneapolis on July 24 1990. This is one of the first shows I tried recording and considering what I had to work with (Sony Soundabout and a KMart microphone) it didn't turn out too bad (after a lot of EQ).

I remember that everyone was sat down at tables, and the table behind us was filled with drunk frat boys who almost ruined the show. Thankfully the performance was good enough to overpower the frat boys' shenanigans and a good time was had. Listening back I remember how difficult it was for him to keep his guitar in tune. Considering it was the middle of summer in Minneapolis I assume the humidity level was through the roof and playing havoc with his guitar.
