The Iron Horse is a venue favored by Robyn as I understand so I was very excited to see him here. My friend Dave and I drove down from Portland, ME on a whim for the most part and were not disappointed. Just a stellar set list and absolutely wonderful harmonizing with Emma Swift on five songs. This show was recorded from the upstairs section (balcony?) of the Iron Horse and unfortunately at points the wait staff can be heard serving the patrons although it's not a major distraction. My friend Dave had never seen Robyn before and can be heard rather distinctly in some spots expressing his appreciation. This recording also suffers from some significant clipping in areas (especially during Sometimes A Blonde) since it was recorded quite hot but I've decided to let someone who's a most experienced engineer correct that if they like. Again, neither of these issues is enough to take away from my enjoyment of the show but your mileage may vary. Meeting Robyn after the show was a dream come true. Big thanks to Emma Swift for getting a pic of myself and Dave with Robyn and for a great opening set. Fegmania forever!
