SDC Notes: This was one of my first forays into recording in a theatre instead of a club. The sound is pretty good when the audience is quiet, although there are periods where it there is a slight scratchy sound as if the microphone was being hidden, but at a cost, and times when people are laughing and/or chatting. I recommend the show as one of the longer Roches sets around from this period, as well as a couple of bonus Christmas songs near the end. It seemed like every time I recorded them something went wrong and this was no exception. There is one song missing at the end of the first side of the tape (as I forgot to check if I still had enough tape left until it was too late) and clearly I needed should have just let the tape run before the encores since I must have needed to get things somehow just right when they started. For all that, I would certainly recommend this show. It was a treat hearing it again. They were just so good at that point.
