Paris 1979

Gonna switch gears for a bit here and post a couple of Rockpile shows. I know very little about this recording as it is simply labeled "Paris France 1979". It's a very good broadcast recording, I can tell you that much, but as for trying to research further information I came up empty. I find no reference anywhere to them ever playing Paris, so it is possible that it is another location just mis-labeled or is indeed a missing jem. The closest thing I found to it was a 1979 BBC broadcast but a comparison showed them not to be the same. If anyone can figure it out please let me know. Enjoy!

This is part of the Atlasstar Attic Treasures Series. My attic consists of thousands of cassettes collected since the 70's. I will post them in no particular order as I pull them out of the attic and convert to digital. Some of these artists I know well and collect myself, other I know little about just picked up along the way. I will provide as much info as I can but if anyone can add any insight to the recordings it would be appreciated. If the same recording is circulating in better quality please let me know as I have no intention of polluting the trading pool.
