Mix: KM140 source increased 1 dB and SBD source increased 4 dB in final mix. Volume envelopes applied to crowd participation sections and between some songs to boost crowd in certain locations. Final mix then normalized to -0.1 > Dither/Resample to 16/44.1 > WAV > TLH > FLAC Level 8
