Roger McGuinn & the Headlights Minneapolis, Minn 4/21/91 Only SBD from this tour! Great Sound!
It's come time for me to raid the closet and go through the hundreds of cassettes that have been sitting around gathering dust because I'm too lazy to digitize. So here it is kiddies, the first in a long series of me converting a huge collection that deserves to be shared (much of which is quite rare).
This is a Byrds lovers dream: the only soundboard from McGuinn's 1991 tour in support of the fabulous Back From Rio (if you don't have it, buy it today!). He's in good spirits, relatively laid back and in full "ringing Rick" mode. There's a full band, and Rog is not telling stories from a script. The set is a nice mix of the best of Rio and all our favorite Byrds classics. There's lot's more to come, but this seemed like a good place to start.
BTW, this is my first job converting from cassette to digital. Please feel free to let me know how it came out, or offer and constructive advice.
