Show Notes:
Pearl Jam filled the Oakland Coliseum in November of '97 with their hour-long opening set. Then the Stones came out and one-upped them. One-upped
them so that it motivated me to fly to Oregon less than 3 months later to go tape some of the first 'rock' shows at the Rose Garden. I only
mention the 'rock' shows angle as Paul Allen designed the Rose Garden (now Moda center, I think), and it has all these tiles that can rotate up
in the ceiling (I assume for acoustics). The tiles were in distinctly different positions for the 2 shows (maybe they were experimenting...I
know, ***useless without pics****, but I do remember that...).

Oh yeah, and the Bible-thumpers outside both nights with their posterboard breastplates and megaphone, screaming at the walkers to "rip up their
tickets and give themselves to Jesus Christ!!!". So I went right up in old crusty dude's face and screamed "I'll rip up my ticket RIGHT NOW if
you have tickets to heaven to replace them...you know, actual tickets...". Needless to say, I kept walking when he could not comply.

Muchas gracias to the undefeatable Mr. Orr for agreeing that these shows should be bundled with Seattle '94 as the "send off" for 2016. Stay
tuned to see what 2017 has in store, as there's a LOT more uncirculated stuff to come!!!

Mastering Notes:
- Tape flip during the applause after "Out Of Control" - seamlessly spliced, no music lost.
- Tape flip during the applause after "Like A Rolling Stone" - seamlessly spliced, no music lost.
