Notes:

- Challenging recording conditions on the D.C. waterfront as sound from another stage could be heard in the beginning as well as music from a large boat anchored near the stage Mr. Carter performed on. A vendor nearby had a spin-the-wheel type game and the clicking can be heard, though from a distance. Still, it's a worthy, fresh document of the jazz giant.
