This was the 2nd show at the newly-reopened Capitol Theatre. It was a benefit concert for Headcount. It was also Pete Shapiro's 40th birthday concert. Bob Weir played solo acoustic first (and Warren Haynes, Grace Potter, and Bobby Keys guested in at the end of his set.
