"Let's Go To Work!"

This time I have a different kind of purpose for offering Rory. There is a Rory recording from 1971 that has been traded for years as a certain date, but I believe we have information that may place the recording at a different date.
The show I'm referring to is the commonly (date) traded 8-27-71, but recently while listening through some old Rory recordings myself & longtime Rory fanatic Phrob spoke of the following. I need to give most of these finding credited to Phrob, as he dared to challenge an old common date.
If you listen to the show, you will hear songs that sound primitive & not quite polished yet, or not like the LP releases sounded, etc. For instance let's listen to "Messin' With The Kid". We have the following recordings to compare this track with, & every instance you can hear this track being very primitive, but when you listen to the supposed date 8-27-71, this track sounds much more polished. When you listen to the MWTKid versions from December 1971, you can hear a noticable difference.

9/5/71 1st British Rock Meeting, Speyer, Germany 45m vg aud>CDR
9/23/71 Watford Tower, London, England 45m vg aud>CDR
10/13/71 Whiskey A-Go-Go, Los Angeles, Cal. 135m vg/vg+ aud>CDR

Later in the recording Rory also mentions "It's been six months .... the New Year", which both comments lend themselves to the December time frame when Rory would always play his Christmas shows in Ireland. So we should believe this recording is from the December 25, through 30, 1971 period.
Now to only confuse matters I'm including artwork that carries the 8-27-71 date, if anyone can alter this artwork, it would be greatly appreciated. This artwork also contains pictures from the Dec. 1978 Dublin shows.

This is a 2005 & 2007 RESEED with 2012 text file.
I'm always looking for uncirculated, alternate versions, upgrades, etc., of anything Rory Gallagher.
If you have any of those & can not share, please get them to someone who can do so - THX!!!
Enjoy!!!
