This is not a RESEED, but is a new 2012 offer.
All thanks goes to "TS McPhee" for doing a new 2012 transfer of this great show & recording from his masters - THX!!!
A couple of years ago TS McPhee & myself (& probably Phrob) discussed that these shows from years ago appeared to have an Agfa type compression (original mini-discs, lossy, etc.), but back then recording or even archiving/backing-up onto the early mini-discs were/was convenient & even considered decent quality. But as we all became more & more familiar with lossy & lossless items we find that these are now considered lossy.
Particular to this recording "TS McPhee" had only backed-up the original recording onto the Mini-Disc, so he was able to dig out the master tapes & find the time to do a fresh 2012 transfer - many thanks!!!
I'm always looking for uncirculated, alternate versions, upgrades, etc., of anything Rory Gallagher.
If you have any of those & can not share, please get them to someone who can do so - THX!!!
