I've made some researches about your upload "French Radio FM, Europe N�1", dated as "1990".
I think the date is wrong: the song "Je Veux Du Soleil" was released in France in single in 1991, and on album in 1992, sung by the band "Au P'tit Bohneur" (a band created in 1991).
So Rory couldn't have sung this song in 1990.

Rory played this tune maybe in 1994 as this site indicates:

Therefore, it seems that Rory played this tune between 1992 and 1994 with the singer of the "Au P'tit Bonheur" band, Jamel Laroussi, but not sure though.

It's a french band named "Au p'tit Bonheur" that has made this song "Je veux du soleil", a kind of "les n�gresses Vertes" Style tune.
It charted in France in 1991. That's all I can say. I'm not a specialist.
