Quality - 7-7.5/10 very good audience analog recording

One CD, 16 tracks, TT: 79:20. This is supposed to be the
complete show.

This tape is OK but FAR from the quality of the recordings
that I am accustomed to upload. It's better than "for completists
only" but it's a somewhat rough tape as far as sound quality goes.

I did NOT tape this show and am not sure if I attended this concert
so this will be fairly short and sweet. I bought this tape at a record
show ~ 20 years ago and paid about $ 10 US for it. It's NOT a really
good tape as sound quality goes but I was told that it was the complete
concert so here it is. I think that it might be rare but you know better
than I do. I believe that it was recorded on a cheap tape recorder with
a built-in mic and that the recorder was placed on a tabletop and covered
with a trucker's baseball cap. I saw a guy do this at a different show
at Graffiti so it's a definite possibility. The audience is rabid,
obnoxious and constantly screaming and talking. Little or no respect is
paid to the artist. Roy's stage banter is difficult to hear and understand
with all of the simultaneous crowd bullshit going on but I believe that
Rosanne Cash handles two(?)of the vocals on the songs. The setlist is great
and Roy really burns on guitar. This concert took place only 7 months and
26 days before Roy hung himself in jail on August 14, 1988 in Fairfax County,
Virginia. A great tragedy and a great loss. I do not know the title of
track 6 which is an instrumental. Any help on this will be greatly
appreciated. This is a rough tape to listen to but I've heard worse so I
hope that you welcome this little show into your collections. That's about
all that I can think of to say, so let's wrap this up.

Finally, please don't buy, sell or convert this show to mp3 or any other
lossy format. Please seed this as long as you can. Please trade this freely
as it probably is uncirculated. This show will be a welcome addition to any
Roy Buchanan fan's collection. I will post a sample to help some of you decide
whether or not to download it. So, as Mr. Natural is so fond of saying, have fun,
don't freak out and enjoy the concert !
