SHOW:

Roy Clark is a country legend, and at 74 years old can still play rings around musicians many years younger. So it's a real pity that the soundman couldn't seem to get his guitar level set so that he was clearly audible. Roy repeatedly looked to him saying & motioning for him to turn it up, but it never really happened. On the quiet songs he can be clearly heard, but tends to get buried in the more upbeat instrumentals.

I had to use the hard limit in an attempt to lessen the impact of the loud hillbilly beside me who felt she needed to comment repeatedly, yell woo-hoooo, & clap as hard as possible. The signal actually clipped a few times due to her raising her hands to clap right beside my head, in some sort of attempt at the prestigious ThunderClap award.

Someone accidently turned the house lights on right before Song for Life :)
