Three or four years ago my old taping buddy in Oklahoma City had the foresight to get his archives into my hands instead of dumping them when he exited the taping/trading life and for that we thank him!

After separating out the released items we are left with the "no tape left behind" shows, some I've already released and I will try to start working in a few here and there between master series releases.

This is a beautiful capture of a the excellent 1988 Roy Orbison tour at the Starlight Bowl in San Diego. The bowl is clearly in the flight path of the San Diego airport hearing numerous jets pass overhead during the show. While doing research I came across an article on the Starlight Bowl and they mention the "Starlight Bowl Freeze", apparently during plays in the bowl the actors would freeze when jets passed over then begin again once they pass...no freezing here but an interesting tidbit none the less.

Sadly, we lost Roy a few months later but his legacy will not diminish when we have shows like this to revisit over and over.
