NORTON BUFFALO - HARMONICA, VOCALS
Roy Rogers and Norton Buffalo have been working together off and on for over 20 years.
Both have busy careers individually so when they do get together it's because they want to and because they inspire each other.
Roy Rogers has been making solo records since the mid 70's and went on to become John Lee Hooker's bandleader and record producer.
It was Roy Rogers who helped turn John Lee Hookers career around and team him up with Santana, Bonnie Raitt, Eric Clapton and Keith Richards to mention a few.
And Norton Buffalo has been a member of the Steve Miller Band since the 70's along with being a session harmonica player and making his own records.
They began with a classic Blind Willie Johnson tune, Your'e Gonna Need Somebody on Your Bond.
