NOTES:
Don't remember a whole lot from this show, other than it was great to hook up with MR.KG again.
I guess I need to start posting these freaking shows faster. LOL. This one was a major bummer,
it was the first time this tour Rush played Limelight in the fifth spot, much to MrKGs and my
despair, since I love The Body Electric and would never tire of it, and Mr. KG had not SEEN that
one yet this tour, so bitter sweet....but I lost the first set anyway and had to recover the 2nd
set the hard way, the file saved, but it was not visible, must have been a header issue or something
else, not sure if someone on the GATE helped me save it, but I was able to get it somehow and
recovered the file by some small miracle. At that point, it might have been better it was left
for dead. Major DROPS, SPIKES and noise issues abound throughout....BUT, thankfully, these were
fixed by my long time friend from the Great White North, and new member here, therienj (Jeff T.).
The sonic quality of this show suffers too, my firmware was crapping out on my recorder, thankfully it
survived the Philly gig the few weeks before.....reflashed it and it was fixed. Jeff did all the
heavy lefting on this, all I did at the end was a VERY *small* amount of EQ and bumped the levels up
another 3 or 4 dbs via hardlimit function.....Better sounding shows to come from 2013. Due to sonic
issues, I left this 24bit. It just does not have the dynamic range...or something....
There are no fades in the tracks so burn the way you want.
Repost, have fun, just keep info intact. MP3 for personal use only please.
