This is Version 2. There are several things I need to mention and clarify.
I received this labeled as Santa Monica University December 16, 1976. I learned the venue was wrong.
Upon further research I see on etreedb.that there is a listing for Santa Cruz Civic Auditorium December 13, 1976.
That carries the wrong venue and date.

Thanks to gv0000 for finding the newspaper ad and review to verify the venue and date.

Secondly, the newspaper review mentions two different backing singers named Dan Penn and Gene Mumford.
Researching these two new names, aside from this review I only find Dan Penn as the singer who cowrote "The Dark End of the Street".
I find no further information to indicate these two singers were with Ry Cooder on this tour. But I guess anything is possible.
I’m leaving Terry Evans and Eldridge King included in the band lineup.

Further more, this comes from an FM broadcast but there are no radio station call letters or DJ announcements.
Many of the songs are faded in and out, probably to remove any of the radio chatter.
Due to all the fades, several songs start in progress and also fade out a little early. But it’s not that bad.

And lastly, the newspaper review indicates that Ry Cooder played two shows that were two hours each.
What we have here is a combination of both sets. It would be really great to get an unedited complete broadcast of both sets.

Additional newspaper articles verify these dates.
December 14 & 15, 1976 SF Great American Music Hall
December 16, 1976 Santa Cruz, CA, University California Santa Cruz Performing Arts Center
December 17, 1976 Santa Barbara, CA, Arlington Theater
December 19 - 21, 1976 Los Angeles, CA, Roxy

I listened closely to each song on both versions and compared them to make sure they were the same or different.
I discovered many differences between the two versions. This is the main reason why I am presenting them as two different versions.

Version two contains four additional songs not included on version one. Also there are four songs included from a different set.
The songs marked with an (**) are extra songs not included on version one.
The songs marked as (diff) come from the other set. (these songs are different than version one.)

This has the song "Down in the Boondocks" originally recorded by Billy Joe Royal in 1965.
This immediately made me remember that Jimmy Page was the guitar player that recorded on that session.
So I thought it was really cool to hear Ry Cooder’s version of this song.
