My MO and caveats: I have roughly 75 Ry shows in my collection, ranging from 1970-2019, which I figure is enough of a sample. Still, it seems that for every one of his early albums, there is a song, sometimes two, that he didn't perform live often, or often enough that I have a version in my collection. For this album, I couldn't find any versions of How Can You Keep On Moving (Unless You Migrate Too) nor could I find any versions by anybody else. I also couldn't find any Ry versions of On A Monday but, in keeping with the spirit of this album, I found a version by Jerry Douglas that I think fits nicely. As for the selection process, sound was important but I tried, and was able, to use only one song from any given year.
Thanks and gratitude to all the tapers, masterers and seeders who make this sort of thing possible.
